About Renee Pearson
While Renee originally became involved with scrapbooking as a hobby — a way to have fun with all the photos that had been piling up in boxes over the years - her hobby quickly led to a new career opportunity.
Renee is now an established authority in the digital scrapbooking world. She's a former Contributing Editor to Simple Scrapbooks magazine and Associate Editor at Digital Scrapbooking magazine, where she wrote the popular Design Wise column. Her first book,
Digital Designs for Scrapbooking broke new ground and introduced scores of paper scrapbookers to the world of digital design. That book's sequel,
Digital Designs for Scrapbooking 2: Making Your Own quickly became the "must have" techniques book for aspiring digital designers.
Renee's passion, however, is sharing her knowledge and expertise with others. As both a teacher and guest speaker, her "hobby" has taken her to South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and many points between. She's also appeared as guest host on the TV show, Scrapbook Memories.
Her latest venture is
reneepearson.com where she teaches and manages an online training center for digital crafters and artists.
At least it feels that way to us. We’ve just unwrapped our brand new blog and in celebration, we’re offering three holiday-themed workshops available for registration only during the month of July.
