Congratulations on winning -
congratulations on winning ;)
happy new year everyone….
Congrats on winning – beautiful LO!
Congrats! But, how could you lose using art work from 2 of my favorite designers. It’s a big thrill to try even more (known to me and unknown to me) designers free every month, much less have a chance at these wonderful prizes. All those sandy toes made me want to run on a beach to get some sand between MY toes. Clever!

Hierarchies can, indeed, take on characteristics of permancy when people get entrenched and then “calcify” in place. But anytime people are involved, the potential for change exists IF the leaders are diligent and encouraging: diligent about removing those who’ve calcified or encouraging them to change.
