2009 was a year to remember. There were so many blessings from small to big and one of the biggest was the day I married my hubby Matthew. It was October 3 in Lincoln, NE and a beautiful evening which was another big blessing because it was the last weekend before the bitter cold hit for the year! One thing I've learned this year is to notice my blessings more. The little things that happen in our everyday lives are blessings and by paying a little bit more attention to them, life takes on a whole new meaning. Like Psalm 36:5 says, "God's love is meteoric and His loyalty astronomic..." which means He can do whatever He wants, whenever He wants to and the key word there is WANT. This year, I've learned that God WANTS to bless me, so for that, I am grateful.
Here's to 2010, a new year with my new hubby and whatever other blessings may come...

It looks passionate purple on my monitor! You make such a gorgeous couple, I’m glad you used a close up shot. Someday your future kids will be thrilled to have it when they dream about how they will look when they are grownups.
